Change unpaid leave so it does not accrue whilst employee is on unpaid leave

As per the Australian Fair work Act, when an employee is on Unpaid leave they DO NOT accrue annual leave. 

Please change the system so when an employee is on unpaid leave they do not accrue annual leave. Currently a manual transaction is needed, which defeats some of the purpose of having leave software....
