Input sick days for a user which were taken prior to setup

There will be a history of sick days which must be input for the system (for example, the Bradford Factor calc's) to work. This is a serious issue if there are many employees and it should be addressed for larger enterprises.
This is implemented - the backfill option in Leave Admin allows historic sick days to be added to an employee's profile.
