accrual limits

Our employees accrue leave at a certain rate, however, when a specified limit is reached, the accruals should stop. We would like support for this.
We really need this feature as well!!!
We would also like to see this feature added. This is currently a manual process and would save some time on a monthly basis. Thank you!
