Round up pro rated allowances

In practice, pro-rated allowances are rounded up to nearest half day of leave. Could we have an option to do this? This would be really helpful to us. Most of our staff (200+) take their leave entitlement in days rather than in hours, and the University's leave calculator provides a round up of leave to the nearest half day, for new members of staff. At the moment I am having to make a manual adjustment to round leave up, or change the employment profile setting to allow staff to overwrite the amount of leave they want to book off.

A rounding-up feature would make things much easier
