Can we see the names of the custom allowances in the management overview?

In the MANAGEMENT > Overview page you can select Custom 1 and Custom 2, we'd like to see what their names are
Unfortunately this is not possible because different users may have different Custom 1's and Custom 2's according to their Employment Profiles, rather than teams. To re-do this view would be a significant change with implications on how the rest of the page is also displayed as it's a team view, and those options are only tied to Employment Profiles
