Can admins have the ability to trigger/ recalculate carry over?

Some users forget to update their leaves during the holiday period. Some requests are not approved before the carry over.
I would really appreciate this ability.
It's possible for HR Managers to run a 'bulk adjust allowances' import for Carry Over allowances.
This can be done from Leave > Admin & Config > Bulk Adjust Allowances.
