Ability to delegate checklists

 

As a Manager when I need to provide pastoral care to a member of staff as required by a Checklist but I am unable to do so at the required time I will normally delegate that task to a trusted member of the team to act on my behalf. In such a case, to track progress, I need to (a) delegate the checklist and (b) retain visibility of progress against it. Ideally I would be able to delegate just certain activities in the checklist, or delegate all of the checklist just for a period of time. Alternatively I could satisfy my need by sharing (adding edit permission) to the checklist to a team member.
