Can we have only TOIL and not regular allowance carried over?

If you set TOIL up to be tracked in a separate allowance (System Config > Leave Settings) you will additionally have TOIL options in the Leave Profile. This will allow you to control the Carry Over amount so that only TOIL carries over.
