The AI Search Assistant in Appogee HR allows your employees to use natural language to search the content of Company Documents.
Employees could ask questions such as "What is the maternity policy", or "can I work from home on Fridays" and the assistant will search through your company documents to provide the employee with the response.

By default, the AI Search Assistant is disabled. To turn it on, go to Company Docs and click the AI Search Assistant button.
Read the information in the dialog box and click Enable Now.
You'll then be taken through the process of enabling the AI Search Assistant. It can take up to 1 hour to initialise - you will be emailed once the set up has been completed.
Once you have enabled the AI Search Assistant, you can choose who has access to it - All Employees or just HR Managers.
