How do I get my invoice for my purchase?

When a successful payment has been made, an VAT (sales tax) invoice is automatically sent by email to the user making payment.  


If you are not the person who made the payment, but you are an admin, you will be able to find the invoice on your account in Appogee HR. Go to Licensing > Company Profile. 


At the bottom of the page, click View/Download Invoices. Invoices from the last 12 months will show in the table. 



If you made a manual payment through a quote, your invoices will not show in this view. To see previous invoices, please contact accounts@appogeehr.com.


If you do not receive an invoice upon successful purchase, please email accounts@appogeehr.com stating the transaction ID from your purchase.
