Expand Security Report access to Administrators

The new security reports look great but are currently limited to only being accessible to HR Managers.  In our organisation our security responsibilities lie with our IT team (who have either the IT Manger role or the Administrator role or both).

It would be greate to see these reports expanded to the Administrator role to allow the reporting to be gathered with easy for any security audits.
