Check for leave clashes when submitting leave, the same way it does when approving leave

When you approve leave, it displays any clashes so that you can take them into consideration before approving the leave.

If it could also show the employee any clashes when they submit the leave request, it would be really helpful as they will be able to see who is already off on those dates and not have to remember to manually check all the calendars.
