Option for employees to view 'All Teams'

Managers are able to see 'All Teams' as a dropdown option in the calendars but employees can't. 

Please could you add it to the feature suggestion that when everyone is given access to see holidays (which our staff are) that they can also have the “All teams” feature in drop down.
