Team calendar view

On the 'Leave – Team Calendar', there are columns at the side of the calendar showing working days in the month, days of leave taken etc, as below:

Some Managers have commented that this figures are not very helpful.  But what they would find helpful is if it showed year-to-date figures and/or days remaining in the holiday year. The burn rate figure would be useful too.
