Remove non-deducted leave requests from Google calendar sync

It would be great if there was an option under the leave type settings to remove non-deducted leave requests from the Google calendar sync to avoid these from conflicting with deducted leave. This will prevent certain non-deducted requests that an employee would not like to be visible to the whole organisation especially if the Google calendar is shared across all employees in the organisation.
