Display sick leave as Medical leave instead

Suggestion: rename Sick to Medical leave. Not always sick leave means person is sick. For example dentist appointment of 1 hour currently displays in google calendar as a sick leave, while it is not really sick leave. It is short medical leave.
Our teams would prefer to see in google calendar any sick leaves displaying as a medical leave instead.

We have added more calendar label options per Leave or Sickness Type which may help in your example.
You will be able to remove the "Sick" label from the title.
This can be configured by going to Leave > Admin & Config > Leave / Sickness Types > open a type > Scroll down:
