The ability to have different leave start months for different allowances

In Denmark, we have a law that defines that Leave Year starts in September. In our company, we have extra Leave where the "Leave Start Month" is January. We use "Custom 1" Leave for this, but we need to be able to select a different "Leave Start Month" for the Custom Leave.
