Show when employees have TOIL so that others will know when they are in when they are not normally

Sometimes an employee may be required to work on a day that is not in their normal working rota and because of this they will submit a TOIL request for the day that they have worked.

This TOIL request could be used to signal to other employees that this employee will be in the office despite the fact that they normally have the day off. 

It would be useful if the dashboard not only showed who was off, but also showed who was in, and used TOIL requests to make it more accurate as well.
