Release notes:
- Update to accruals to ensure custom allowances are consistently initiated.
- Enable restoration of an archived employee with a public domain email address.
- Corrected public holiday profile for 2019 for Good Friday.
- Leave clashes are now displayed in approval emails
- Action messages on checklists are now displayed consistently
- Payroll field now available for employee data export
- Completed checklists now shown as complete under actions tab
- Employees with joining status are automatically activated on the specified start date
- Allowances are correctly shown when restoring archived employees
- Profile fields can now be moved between sub-categories.
- Fix for problem where some carry over allowances were not automatically initiated.
