It would help us map the days in which a person has home office days, by assigning a special leave type in the calendar: the person would be working but not be physically in the office.
You can configure Leave Types to have different icons which is presented on the calendar. Non-deducted and deducted Leave Types also show in a different shade of green. To enable this feature to show in the Team Calendar, go to System Config > General Settings > Leave > 'Reveal Request Type when showing other employee requests'.
