Display rejected holidays in YAAG

I've had a few requests from users to show their Rejected Holidays in their 'Year at a Glance' on their dashboard so they don't try and make a repeat request. Ideally, they would like the same options on the 'Team Calendar View' and 'Year at a Glance' as they have on 'Your Requests' - to show (or hide) Pending / Approved / Rejected / Cancelled / Sick / Public Holidays.
