Clashes- like view for users who I manage

I would like a dashboard showing a view like clashes with all users in a team. I would like to see the name of the employees in the left side, and the date and month on the top, and highlighting the days selected for leave. This view could show 2 or 3 months together, and enable scrolling from one month to another. This could also be some form of a report. I can then filter them as needed.
