Appogee HR: Preparing for COVID-19

Use Appogee HR to aid your company's preparation for COVID-19 by adding Leave and Sickness types to your configuration. 

By adding our pre-made Leave Type to your configuration, you'll enable your employees to record they are working remotely due to self-isolation. It's been set up as a non-deducted Leave Type, which requires approval and is visible in the calendar with the C icon. 

You can also add our pre-made Sickness Type to your configuration, which is labelled 'Coronavirus Symptoms - COVID-19'.

We've added a handy quick-add button at the top of the Leave Types and Sickness Types pages, to help you get this set up in no time. You can edit the label and settings within the types in case it doesn't quite fit with your internal policies. 

To ensure the Working from Home Leave Type is viewed in the Team Calendar by all, and doesn't look like normal Annual Leave, you may need to change your settings. Head to General Settings > Leave and tick 'Reveal Request Type when showing other employee requests?'. 

Once ticked, this will be revealed on the Team Calendar as below:
