Option to display allowances in hours only
When using an irregular working rota, it can be confusing when booking off leave as individual days may consume slightly more or slightly less than 1 days allowance.
It, therefore, makes more sense to employees if they think of the days in hours instead.
Although there is a toggle to view the allowance in hours, this does not stay toggled off.
We would like a way to specify on the leave profile whether an employee sees their allowance in hours or in days.
This would be a really useful feature
We have a few part-time members of staff with irregular working patterns and this has already been mentioned 2 days into launching the system.
This is now a feature - head to System Config > General Settings > Leave.
You'll be able to select how you want to view allowances.
